The Division of Institutional Equity is committed to fostering an inclusive, empowered, and accountable community. DOIE’s guiding principles highlight the importance of love, transformation, shared responsibility, and continuous evolution necessary to do this work together.
Under the umbrella of DOIE, the Office of Equity and Civil Rights, Community and Culture, Accessibility and Disability Services, and Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion, and Belonging work in tandem to provide civil rights training and compliance-related services hand-in-hand with the curation of Retriever culture and community. This constellation of resources unites and uplifts ongoing efforts in these areas on campus.
